Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
As all of our products are made to order through a third-party print provider, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check sizing charts before placing your order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. If this applies to your order, please contact us at hbag2411@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return instructions will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues or change of mind. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hbag2411@gmail.com.
